︎Key Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team, primarily focusing on web application development using .NET (C#) and React. In addition to web development, you will also have the opportunity to expand your career into our growing ERP business (Microsoft Dynamics) in the future.

Design, develop, and test web applications

Maintain and enhance existing applications (bug fixes, feature updates, performance tuning)

Backend development using C# / .NET Framework / MVC

Frontend development using React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS

Develop and integrate APIs and web services

Prepare technical documentation in both English and Japanese

Participate in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects in the future

︎ Required Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience (including Java experience)

Hands-on experience with C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC

Experience with React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS

Database development using MS SQL

Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell)

Experience with version control tools (Git / Azure DevOps)

Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese

Strong communication and teamwork skills
