Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance Executive with hands-on experience in the liquor/alcohol industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
The selected candidate will be required to work at the Dubai head office for the first 6 months, after which they will transition back to India. Company-provided accommodation will be included during the initial 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting
Handle label registration and annual K Form renewal through the Excise Portal
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger
Ensure compliance with state excise laws and liquor industry regulations
Handle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Monitor inventory accounting and implement cost controls specific to liquor products
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and maintain financial accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
· 3–6 years of relevant experience Distillery or Alcove industry experience is a must
· Strong knowledge of GST, excise regulations, and financial compliance
· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
· Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
