Associate Attorney

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team and take on meaningful, client-centered work.

Our practice focuses on divorce and custody matters, and we are committed to handling cases with professionalism, clarity, and care—for both our clients and our team.

This role is a great fit for an attorney who is looking to build strong litigation skills and interact directly with clients while working in a supportive, structured environment.

What You’ll Do: • Manage divorce and custody cases with increasing ownership and responsibility • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal arguments with a focus on clear, strategic advocacy • Appear in court regularly for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings • Communicate directly with clients during important and often sensitive matters • Work with opposing counsel to move cases forward effectively and professionally • Stay organized and maintain timely, accurate billing in accordance with firm systems What We’re Looking For: • Licensed in Ohio • 1–5 years of litigation experience (family law a plus) • Strong writing, analytical and communication skills • Motivated to take ownership and grow into an independent role Compensation: • Base salary + performance bonus • Target total compensation: $85,000–$130,000+ depending on experience and performance Why This Role: • Significant courtroom and litigation experience • Supportive systems for billing, case management, and client communication • Opportunity to grow into a highly autonomous role over time If you’re looking for a role where you can build real litigation experience while interacting directly with clients in divorce and custody matters, we encourage you to apply.
