Machine Operator

Machine Operator needed!

Overview: We’re looking for experienced manufacturing professionals who are comfortable working in a sterile cleanroom environment and can stay on their feet in a cell-based production setting.

Shift: Mon-Fri (3pm-11pm) What You’ll Do:Work in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)Operate light machinery and production equipment (lathes, mills, drills, presses, etc.)Set up machines, make adjustments, and perform basic maintenanceInspect products using measuring tools and quality standardsMonitor production and ensure quality control procedures are followedSupport general production tasks like assembly, packaging, and processingReport equipment issues and help troubleshoot when needed What We’re Looking For:Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, cell-based environmentAbility to follow strict cleanliness and safety proceduresExperience with machinery and manufacturing processesStrong attention to detail and quality Experience & Skills:4+ years of manufacturing/production experienceFamiliarity with machine operation and quality checksTechnical or vocational training is a plus Additional Responsibilities:Help train and support newer team membersWork independently with minimal supervisionAssist with process improvements and problem-solvingCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors
