Coastal Laser Grading, LLC. is a recognized leader in Laser and 3D Fine Grading across the United States. We are looking for disciplined, hardworking Veterans and CDL holders to join our team as Heavy Equipment Operators.

The Opportunity:

Competitive Compensation: Starting pay is $25.00/hour during training, with an increase after a 90-day probation period. We also offer an aggressive pay structure and significant overtime & VA supplement.

With overtime and VA supplement, total compensation can approach $100,000 annually.

Qualifications:

CDL Class A preferred.

Military background/Veteran status highly preferred.

Prior Heavy Equipment experience is a plus.

Must be willing to travel and work overtime.
