Villa Bellezza Winery offers guests a distinctive Italian wine and culinary experience. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food and hospitality.

About the Role

Our on-site restaurant, Il Forno, features a wood-fired brick oven specializing in pizza and baked pastas. The kitchen also supports catering events and chef-led cooking classes. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food to guests and assist with table service

Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas

Wash dishes and support kitchen operations

Assist in preparing high-quality dishes to Villa Bellezza standards

Follow proper food safety and handling practices

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service

Maintain a positive attitude and readiness to work

Qualifications

Interest in hospitality and culinary development (training provided)

Ability to follow instructions and work under direction

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
