Job Description
We’re looking for a licensed real estate agent (2+ years experience) who is ready to stop chasing and start converting.
This is not a “learn the business” role.
This is for someone who already knows how hard this industry is — and is ready to win.Compensation:
$80,000
Responsibilities:
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Work directly from an active database of warm and nurtured leads
Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups
Convert conversations into appointments and signed clients
Host open houses when available to generate additional opportunities
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License
You’ve been licensed 2+ years
You’re not afraid of the phone (this is non-negotiable)
You understand that follow-up = income
You’re currently underproducing and want a real opportunity + structure
You’re coachable, consistent, and competitive
