Quality Manager

Core Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field

5+ years of quality experience within automotive or regulated manufacturing environments

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing environments

Background in managing internal and external audits and certification processes

The successful candidate will lead all plant-level quality activities and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards. This role is responsible for driving a strong quality culture, maintaining an effective Quality Management System, and delivering consistent product performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead plant-level quality strategy and execution to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.

Own and maintain the Quality Management System, including audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as the primary liaison for customers, suppliers, and external auditors on quality-related matters.

Drive corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and defect prevention programs to improve performance.

Oversee APQP and new program quality readiness while supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Develop and lead the quality team while driving a strong culture of accountability, training, and performance excellence.
