About the Role:
The Project Manager will lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating teams, and driving successful project outcomes across our design-build, general contracting, and construction management work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
Lead communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and cost expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to drive efficient project execution
Monitor job progress and proactively resolve challenges
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Experience with design-build and/or general contracting preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Passion for collaboration and continuous improvement
