Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Siolim, Goa. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support in the field of legal and real estate. Key tasks include managing schedules, preparing expense reports, facilitating communication, and supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency. The role requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
Ability to take reporting from the team
Ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports effectively
Strong skills in Executive Support, including calendar management and task prioritization
Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with softwares including task management, team management, AI tools and calendar applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
