Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients

Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes

Cook and plate menu items according to established standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist in stocking and managing inventory levels

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Provide support in various kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications

Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)

Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred) in a full-service, high volume restaurant required; must have knowledge of the cooking techniques utilized in the scope of the Prep/Line positions applying for; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Company Description

We are taking applications for the following roles:

Bartender

Server

Host/ess

Bussers/Runners/Barbacks

Cooks, both line and prep

Supervisors, BOH and FOH

We also have 2 job fairs scheduled at the Springhill Suites located at the Wharf April 13 and 16!
