Are You a Full Stack Software Developer with Deep Expertise in Modern Cloud and Application Development?

QSSHire is seeking a Software Developer (Systems Software) - SME to support the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance applications. The selected candidate will bring strong full-stack development expertise, leveraging modern front-end frameworks, robust back-end technologies, and cloud-native architectures to deliver mission-critical solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including system design, API development, database integration, and cloud deployment. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, efficient, and resilient systems in dynamic environments.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern technologies

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or Vue

• Develop back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and OpenSearch

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support application functionality

• Work with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or Redis

• Develop and maintain relational databases including PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Deploy and manage applications within AWS environments (EC2, S3, CloudFormation, Lambda, DynamoDB)

• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions

• Apply best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or Vue)

• Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot, OpenSearch)

• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Redis)

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFormation, Lambda, DynamoDB)

• Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimization

• Knowledge of SecDevOps practices

• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Spock)

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Experience working in cloud-native or microservices architectures
