Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on Machine Operators.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with multiple shift options available.

Position: Machine Operator Shifts:2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMWeekend Day Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)Weekend Night Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40) Training: Training will be completed on 1st or 2nd shift prior to moving to assigned shift Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (depending on shift and experience)Location: Nashua, NHJob Type: Temp-to-Hire Summary:We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support production operations.

This role involves operating specialized equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production runs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor production machineryLoad materials and ensure proper machine setup and alignmentPerform in-process inspections to maintain quality standardsTroubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenanceFollow work instructions, production schedules, and job specificationsMaintain accurate production records and documentationWork closely with quality and production teams to ensure consistencyFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentAssist with additional production tasks as needed Qualifications:Previous machine operating experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with multiple shift options, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth.
