Job Title: Training Support Specialist
Role Summary
This role supports both internal staff training and external customer training. Responsibilities include coordinating training logistics, creating materials, and producing video and visual content to support training delivery for both internal staff and external customers.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
Record / assist with recording and editing training videos
Create presentations and training materials
Schedule training sessions and manage calendars
Handle training communications (emails, invites, follow-ups)
Support event planning and execution for training sessions
Assist in building tools and resources to improve training delivery
Skills & Experience
Technology & Tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, Media Encoder, Acrobat)
Understanding of IP networks
Content & Media
Video recording and editing experience
Graphic layout and presentation design skills
Ability to manage large video files and understand file formats
Additional Skills
Experience creating and formatting PDFs and converting files (PDF to JPG, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and organizing information from multiple sources
Strong organization and communication skills
Travel
This position may require travel 20% of the time
