About the Role
We are hiring aJunior-Level Market Intelligence Analystwitha strong foundationin 3rdparty (supplier) labor sourcing and analyticsto support our Workforce Solutions team.Reporting into the Senior Director of Workforce Analytics,you willfocuson benchmarking labor rate cards, analyzing supplier pricing models, and delivering sourcing intelligence that drives negotiation outcomes. You will be central to developing Market Intelligence Reports that guide procurement teams in selecting the right suppliers, rates, and sourcing models across geographies.
This role is onsite in Warrendale, PA 5 days per week.The team hours are 7:30am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Intelligence & Procurement Analysis:
Evaluate supplier proposals and rate cards for contingent workforce engagements,identifyingcost-saving opportunities and pricing outliers.
Analyze sourcing models (onshore, nearshore, offshore) and theirfinancial impacton overall workforce procurement strategy.
Assess supplier markups, pay rate structures (W-2, 1099), burden components, and total cost of ownership across staffing categories.
Conduct comparative analysis of supplier pricing performance across client engagements to support preferred supplier selection and negotiation strategy.
Market Benchmarking & MIT Delivery:
Develop and deliver detailedMarket Intelligence Thesis (MITs)that compare supplier rates to internal and industry benchmarks.
Track regional labor market conditions and wage inflation trends that influence workforce sourcing decisions.
Identifyrisks in labor pricing, such as inflated rates, role misalignment, or excessive margins, and provide mitigation strategies.
Quantify and articulate the procurement value of shifting volume across vendors, geographies, or sourcing models.
Stakeholder Communication & Data Validation:
Collaborate with procurement, category management, and vendor management teams to gather rate data andvalidatesourcing assumptions.
Present analysis and strategic sourcing recommendations to both internal and client stakeholders.
Ensure all findings are backed by defensible data, industry insights, and clear procurement logic.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably withinworkforce,staffingor professional services.
Strong working knowledge of labor rate structures, markup models, and contingent labor procurement processes.
Experience working with supplier contracts, rate cards, and cost models.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to translate cost models and sourcing data into actionable procurement strategies.
Familiarity with global sourcing markets (US, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) and wage trends preferred.
