Mitigation Technician (Water / Fire / Mold) $22$26/hr + Growth Opportunities

What Youll Do

Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services

Set up drying equipment, monitor jobs, and document progress

Handle demolition, cleanup, and job site prep

Communicate clearly with team members and customers

Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency

What Were Looking For

1+ year of mitigation, restoration, construction, or similar hands-on experience

Basic understanding of drying principles, equipment, and job flow

Strong work ethic and reliabilityyou show up ready to work

Ability to handle physically demanding work

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Bonus if you have:

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)

Experience with moisture mapping and documentation
