Just One Big Happy Family IOP Clinic is hiring a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC ) for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Irvington, New Jersey.

We are seeking a motivated Addiction Counselor/Substance Abuse Counselor passionate about behavioral health, recovery support, and community-based treatment services.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $49,000 per year (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct substance use assessments and ASAM-level evaluations

• Develop treatment plans and clinical documentation

• Facilitate group therapy and individual counseling

• Enter progress notes in KIPU EHR system

• Provide relapse prevention and recovery education

• Ensure compliance with NJ state and DCA standards

Requirements:

• Active CADC in New Jersey (Required)

• Experience in IOP, outpatient, or behavioral health preferred

• Knowledge of ASAM criteria preferred

• Familiarity with KIPU Electronic Health Records preferred

• Strong documentation and time management skills
