Warehouse Clerk/ Dispatcher

Etna, Ohio

2 Openings On-Site

Pay:

1st Shift: $22/hr 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: $23/hr 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

We're looking for two temporary clerical professionals to support transportation and shipping operations. Resumes required prior to onboarding.

What You'll Do

Route customer freight via portals, email, and manual entry

Communicate shipment status and resolve issues

Manage LTL, TL, and Parcel shipments

Schedule carriers and handle Bills of Lading

Support export orders and paperwork

Perform general admin and filing tasks

What You Bring

HS Diploma/GED

1–2 years warehouse or routing/CSR experience

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills

Shipping/receiving or WMS experience a plus
