Payroll Analyst needs 3 years’ experience
Payroll Analyst requires:
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or FPC (Fundamental certification preferred
• Experience with ADP Payroll Software from a payroll and system perspective required
• Experience in a shared service environment and solid understanding of HR cycles required
• Experience with multi-state reporting required
• Understanding of expatriate taxation rules and international payroll tax guidelines strongly preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information in an expeditious and discretionary manner
• Solid problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax compliance, and HR compliance
• Solid understanding of general ledger entries as they relate to payroll
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and payroll system (preferably ADP)
• Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
Duties:
• Support end-to-end payroll processing of biweekly U.S. payroll, including multi state, exempt and non-exempt populations with minimal errors and maximum efficiencies
• Review payroll inputs for accuracy, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, timecards, and special earnings
• Process off-cycle payrolls, corrections and retroactive pay calculations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain data integrity of U.S. payroll applications (ADP Portal, ADP Vantage, Equifax Unemployment)
