Job Type: Part-Time/Flexible (2-3 days/week to start); Potential for Full-Time

Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM M-F, 8:00 AM - 12 PM Sat Overtime Potential

Position Overview

The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers.

This position combines window cleaning, exterior service work, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

Complete exterior and interior window cleaning services for residential and commercial customers

Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every job

Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments

Maintain strong customer relationships through positive communication and quality work

Help create a memorable customer experience at every service visit

Follow company procedures and safety standards while working on-site

Continuously improve through training, coaching, and feedback
