What You'll Do
Greet guests and help answer questions about the park
Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products
Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Listen to guest concerns or feedback and help find solutions
Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically
Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area
Use multiple computer systems to assist guests
Manage Lost and Found items and inventory
Help create a positive guest experience every day
Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
What We're Looking For
Minimum age: 16
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with guests face to face and over the phone
Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to adapt quickly and problem solve
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather
For Lost & Found: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior
Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
