URGENT HIRING Product Data Associate (Excel)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, Excel-focused data operations role supporting day-to-day data processing, reporting, and product-related tasks.

You’ll work closely with the team to ensure data is accurate, organized, and up to date—especially across product, inventory, and operational records.

What You’ll Be Working On

Process, clean, and maintain large datasets (e.g., SKU lists, invoices, purchase orders)

Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and operational data

Use Excel to organize, analyze, and update data records

Generate and maintain reports and trackers for operations

Support day-to-day data-related operational tasks

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and issues

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 up to 5 years experience in data operations, reporting, admin, or similar roles

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)

Experience handling large datasets (SKU, inventory, invoices, or purchase orders)

Background in e-commerce, retail, or product data is highly preferred

High attention to detail and ability to work with structured data consistently

Comfortable working onsite
