Job Description

Positions Summary - Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist in the operation of cranes in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures

Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and associated equipment to ensure safe functionality

Work collaboratively with site managers and team members to execute lift plans and schedules

Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of crane operations and safety practices

Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and inspections as required

Respond to signals and instructions from site personnel to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations

Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
