NOW HIRING! A-Line is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Lockbourne, OH. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Lockbourne, OH

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday: 2:30 PM – Until work is complete

Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – Until work is complete

Important Note:

We are currently building out a new setup in the refrigerated area of the warehouse. During this transition, operations will temporarily use a conveyor system that cannot transport totes to their final locations. This role will involve manually handling totes and scanning them to determine their proper destination within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming merchandise and verify items against receiving documentation

Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods

Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves

Rotate stock to ensure proper inventory management (first-in, first-out)

Pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders and place them in totes for shipment

Scan totes and determine correct warehouse location during temporary conveyor setup

Process customer returns, perform data entry, and restock returned merchandise

Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy research

Support inventory procedures and participate in physical inventory when required

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and product integrity

Utilize warehouse management systems (PkMS or similar) to complete daily tasks in automated environments

Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and DEA regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions, labels, and documentation

Basic math skills

Basic computer skills preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow detailed instructions and exercise sound judgment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be a team player with strong problem-solving abilities

Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling requirements

Willingness to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse inventory and totes

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including refrigerated areas when required
