Key Objectives

Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers via phone and other communication channels.

Support the sales and service teams by managing customer inquiries related to our cosmetic products and salon services.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.

Contribute to a positive brand experience by representing J.Walker Salon Group professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns.

Assist customers with product information, order placement, appointment scheduling, and service details.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new products, promotions, and policies.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer needs and process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic approach.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
