Adjunct Faculty
Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Part-time adjunct faculty member(s) are sought to teach History courses in the Department of Humanities. Positions are open for traditional classroom settings to teach Western Civilization I and Global History with the possibility of specialized courses. Adjunct faculty are responsible for instructional preparation, assessment of student performance, and providing assistance to students by appointment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum: Master's degree and experience teaching at the college or high school level.
Preferred: Doctoral degree and significant teaching experience at the college level.
Salary Range: $1,500-$2,700 per course based on enrollment
