Job Description

Position Title: Software Engineer III (Full Stack Software Developer)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Sunnyvale, CA-94085

Interview Mode: Video

Candidate will be able to work remote BUT must be able to come onsite 1 time every 2 weeks normally on a Wednesday but could change every other week.

Key Qualifications

3 years of hands-on software development experience

Experience designing technical solutions for complex systems

Must have strong proficiency in Python and Object Oriented Programming skills

High level of expertise developing applications using in Django and Django Rest Framework

Skilled in designing and building web user interfaces in React, strong understanding of UX design principles

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skillsDescription

You'll be working in a team of data engineers to design and develop solutions that enable world class algorithms that push the state of the art. You will be working on solutions to data collection and management problems of volume, variety and velocity. Your goal is to raise the quality and productivity of the team as a whole by building services and solutions that allow everyone to work faster. Your job responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain software services required for efficient and scalable data collection processes

Design solutions and features that balance multiple data consumers' needs

Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to ensure correct solution is picked

Review code with peers to provide and get feedback on implemented solution

Coordinate and work closely with team members and other engineering teams

Education/Experience

B.S., or M.S., or 5 years of industry experience in software development field
