CNC Milling Machine Operator

Are you skilled with CNC milling machines and passionate about producing precise, high-quality parts? We’re looking for a detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team! You’ll set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to create metal and plastic components that meet exacting standards.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines following engineering specifications and blueprints.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine tooling and machine setup.

Load raw materials and monitor machining to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when needed.

Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and output.

Work closely with engineers, quality control, and other departments to solve production challenges.

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).

1+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines (Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, etc.).

Familiarity with G-code programming and editing.

Experience using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, etc.).

Strong understanding of materials, machining tolerances, and surface finishes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Pay $21- $27 W2 depending on experience
