Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Weekly Pay + Bonuses

BrightStar Care of Western Connecticut is actively hiring compassionate and reliable CNAs and HHAs to provide high-quality care in home care, assisted living, and facility settings.

What You’ll Do

For Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

Provide hands-on patient care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene

Observe and report changes in client condition

Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Support medication reminders (as directed)

Accurately document care provided

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Communicate with nurses, families, and team members

For Home Health Aides (HHA):

Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Assist with errands and transportation (if needed)

Observe and report changes in client condition

Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Active CNA or HHA certification

Valid ID and work authorization

Negative TB test (PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray)

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

Driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 20 miles)

Availability for hourly or live-in shifts

Reliable, compassionate, and dependable

Pay & Benefits

$18–$25/hour (*live-in rates differ, ask us about this when we speak.)

$500 Sign-on Bonus

Up to $320 Monthly Bonus
