Estimating Coordinator

Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, Park & Eleazer Construction is an exciting and rapidly growing company specializing in Commercial Construction with a High End Residential/Multifamily Division.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

What you will be doing:

* Support the Estimating Department in procuring bids

* Call Subcontractors to solicit bids

* Distribute Invitations to Bid

* Build relationships with new subcontractors

* Assist Lead Estimator on bid day

* Some Data Entry

* Attend Pre-Bid and Pre-Construction Meetings

What is preferred for this position:
