HR Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to employees and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, HRIS data entry, and personnel file management.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and compliance documentation.

Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment questions, changes, and general benefits inquiries.

Track employee attendance, leaves of absence, and compliance-related documentation.

Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Assist with training coordination and internal HR initiatives.

Support special HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience
