Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the management, optimization, and integration of our HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will oversee system configuration, enhancements, and daily support while partnering closely with HR leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall HR systems management, including integration efforts across platforms
Oversee Workday administration, including payroll, talent acquisition, and time tracking modules
Manage system configuration, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes
Ensure timely updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday functionality
Lead and develop a small team (2–3 members), including a Workday Analyst, Workday Payroll Analyst, and HRIS Specialist
Manage external Workday consultants and vendors as needed
Collaborate closely with HR leadership to align systems with business and people strategies
Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Qualifications
Proven experience managing HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Experience supporting HR functions such as payroll, recruiting, and time tracking
Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams
Experience working with system integrations and external vendors/consultants
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications or advanced system expertise
Experience in HR systems implementation or transformation projects
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
