With a lean team of ~20 attorneys, the firm offers a highly collaborative environment where attorneys are given meaningful responsibility, direct client access, and real courtroom exposure early in their careers.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $185,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, status calls, pretrials, and trials
Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
Manage a diverse caseload including products liability and general litigation matters

Qualifications:
4+ years of litigation experience
Active Illinois Bar membership
