We are working with a well-established and growing commercial General Contractor in Columbus that is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team. This is a strong opportunity to join a reputable company with a solid pipeline of work across the local market and long-term career progression.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout and is confident managing clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance

• Lead subcontractor coordination, contracts, and negotiations

• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work

• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure smooth site operations

• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction

• Experience delivering ground-up and/or renovation projects

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
