Superintendent - Data Center Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the Columbus, Ohio market. What You’ll Do:

Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations

Drive project safety, quality, and production goals

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners

Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning

Oversee inspections, QA/QC, and commissioning support

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For:

5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction

Strong experience with data centers, mission-critical, or advanced technology projects preferred

Proven ability to manage complex MEP scopes and coordinate multiple trades

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)

OSHA 30 Hour Certification

Willingness to travel within 1.5 hours of Columbus on occasion
