Job Title: SAP ABAP/HANA Developer (10+ Years Experience)

Location: Dublin, OH

Hiring Mode: Contract (6+ Months)

Pay: $60.60/Hr

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP/HANA Developer with strong expertise in ABAP Cloud, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, HANA modeling, and UI5/Fiori development. The candidate should be capable of end-to-end SAP development, maintenance, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ABAP programs for SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and ABAP Cloud.

Design, create, and consume Core Data Services (CDS) views in ABAP programs.

Perform database-independent programming using Open SQL, ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and ABAP Workbench.

Implement code push-down methodology and simplified control with ABAP-managed database procedures.

Perform HANA data modeling: CDS views, AMDP, calculation views, analytic views, attribute views, decision tables, and CE functions.

Execute standard HANA administration tasks including SLT, SQL procedures, schema management, system tables, and regular maintenance.

Develop and maintain UI5/Fiori-based applications on the HANA platform.

Translate functional requirements into validated technical solutions for new developments or enhancements.

Provide technical support, handle customer communications, and management reporting.

Work independently or as part of a team on projects such as implementation, rollout, support, and upgrades.

Essential Skills:

Strong experience with ABAP Cloud, SAP ECC, and S/4 HANA.

Expertise in database-independent programming (Open SQL, AMDP, views, ABAP Workbench).

Hands-on knowledge of HANA platform, Eclipse IDE, Code-to-Data paradigm, OData, and SAPUI5.

Proficient in HANA Studio and HANA administration tasks.

Hands-on experience with UI5/Fiori development (development experience required).

Desirable Skills:

Exposure to advanced HANA features and performance optimization techniques.

Experience in cross-module SAP development or integrations.

Knowledge of system monitoring and automation of routine SAP/HANA tasks.
