Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Traffic EngineeringProfessional Engineer registration in Ohio, preferred5-10 years of professional experience in traffic engineering study standards and practices, and familiarity with traffic control and traffic signal design plansAbility to perform and oversee preparation the preparation of traffic studies, analysis, and proficiency with Highway Capacity Software and Synchro/Sim TrafficExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively in a team environmentODOT prequalification preferred for Interchange Modification Studies and Safety Studies
