Role Description We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney with at least 7+ years of experience to join our team in New York, NY.

This on-site role involves managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal motions, handling court proceedings, preparing for and attending trials, and conducting depositions.

The Litigation Attorney will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to ensure high-quality legal representation and optimal outcomes for our cases.

QualificationsStrong background in litigation, with a focus on real estate and construction legal matters.Proficiency in drafting and analyzing legal motions and other written legal documents.Strong oral argument ability.Experience working with Courts and familiarity with legal processes and procedures.Skilled in preparing for and conducting Trials and Depositions.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the New York State Bar are required.Prior litigation experience in real estate or construction law is preferred, though not mandatory.
