Customer Service Representative

This role serves as an initial point of contact for customers and sales representatives contacting the office.

Work involves routine exercise of discretion, excellent customer service, good decision-making skills, excellent follow-through and multi-tasking.The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 8 hours per day, 32 hours per week.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:ALL\tAnswers phones & e-mails\tEnsures e-mail orders are reviewed and free of accounting issues\tEnters orders from sales representatives and accounts\tEnsures orders are submitted by daily deadlines\tCreates and sends reports to wineries and sales representatives\tReviews inventory to ensure product is available\tChecks mobile app entries for rate accuracy and credit viability\tPrints and updates master order sheetsEDUCATION:Associate's DegreeKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:\tPrevious experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.\tStrong attention to detail.\tExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\tAbility to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.\tFamiliarity with data entry systems and customer support is a plus\tProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)\tA positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.\tAbility to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 per weekJob category: General Administration and Other
