This role requires a team-minded professional who can balance high-level vendor management with daily task execution.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and possesses a sharp eye for detail and interior aesthetics.
Primary ResponsibilitiesEstate & Project Management: Ensure the residence is meticulously organized,well-stocked, and running smoothly; source and supervise service providers, includingspecialized maintenance and residential construction projects.Aesthetic & Automotive Care: Support the general aesthetic upkeep of the residence,including interior plant care and minor internal logistical support; manage a vehicle fleet,including detailing and maintenance scheduling.Administrative & Lifestyle Support: Manage complex calendars, handle scheduling,coordinate events, and assist with travel planning; efficiently manage digitaldocumentation and utilize project management tools for clear team communication.Financials & Errands: Handle household expenses, budget tracking, and reporting;manage local pickups and general errands as needed.Household & Hospitality: Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a pristineenvironment; provide comprehensive assistance with light culinary tasks, including mealpreparation, reheating, and service.Pet Logistics: Manage all logistics and daily requirements for the household pet,including general scheduling, purchasing of supplies, and coordinating third-party care orappointments as needed.
