Warehouse Supervisor

Our client in Spring Lake Park, MN is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates and support efficient daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-supported team in the North Metro and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $68-$78K/Year (DOE) + 10% Bonus + 10K Sign-up bonus

Shift: 5PM to 5AM (Wednesday - Sunday /Every other Wednesday off)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time order fulfillment.

Train, schedule, and support warehouse staff while fostering a productive team environment.

Monitor inventory levels, allocate storage space efficiently, and implement measures to minimize product loss.

Ensure warehouse operations meet customer deadlines and productivity goals.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse leadership experience preferred.

Food Industry/Distribution experience desired.

Safety Oriented.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and team management abilities.

HS Diploma (College Degree Preferred)

3-5 years of supervisory experience in related field

Organization and Problem-Solving skills

Ability to make consistent, levelheaded decisions

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

Union Management experience (It's a plus)
