Mount Adams is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure that the non-investment functions of the Family Office operate smoothly and efficiently.

This individual will work closely with Family Office leadership on a wide range of responsibilities, including vendor coordination, administrative operations, entity and document management, and household employee collaboration.

This is an in-office role based in Atlanta reporting to the CEO.

The position will begin as soon as practicable.

Some travel is required – level of travel can be determined based on candidate preference.

What You Will Do:Serve as key point of contact with third-party vendors including insurance providers and custodians of charitable fundsSupport leadership on all non-investment matters including document management, meeting coordination, ad hoc projects, family donations, and entity administrationDrive family office operations, processes, and infrastructure – with a focus on continuity and reliabilityPartner with external accounting and finance team to support family members in understanding their non-investment assets and household financesCoordinate with Household Managers and external teams on household employee administration and related matters What Ideal Candidates Will Bring:1–5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, paralegal work, project coordination, HR/people operations, or a related functionStrong organizational and communication skills, with ability to solve problems independentlyHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence including comfort communicating directly with external partners and stakeholdersComfort working on a small team in a dynamic, fast-paced and service-oriented environmentProficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new systems
