Call Center Banking Representative Location: Columbus, OH (On-Site) Entry Point into the Finance Industry Pay Rate: 19.17 Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday (may include rotating shifts) About the Opportunity This role is a great entry point into the finance and banking industry.

No prior banking experience is required — paid training is provided.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls related to banking products and servicesAssist customers with basic account inquiries and transactionsProvide clear and accurate information while following banking proceduresDocument customer interactions in internal systemsDeliver professional and friendly customer service RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)Strong communication and listening skillsBasic computer and typing skillsAbility to pass a background check (banking requirement)
