About the Role We're seeking an experienced ElderCare Consultant with a strong background in home care sales and established connections in the eldercare community.
This person will serve as the first point of contact for new clients and referral sources—making critical first impressions and building lasting relationships that result in new clients.
You will cultivate and manage a network of 30–50 eldercare referral sources, identifying those seeking a more responsive and compassionate care solution.
You'll deliver real value by listening deeply, offering solutions that reduce burden and risk, and building trust through consistent, thoughtful follow-through.
An Immediate Advantage You won't be starting from zero.
The right candidate will come on board with an existing book of business already in place—giving you a running start and an established foundation from which we expect you to grow.
Combined with our commission structure, which rewards your activity during the first year of each client's service, this role is designed to help you build well beyond the base salary into a steady six-figure annual income.
