Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Execution Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of key business and technology initiatives within a banking environment.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive execution from concept through implementation.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, bridging the gap between business and technology while ensuring alignment, quality delivery, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Agile delivery, and banking products—specifically within Treasury and Commercial contact center environments.

Key Responsibilities Business Engagement & RequirementsPartner directly with business stakeholders to understand objectives and operational needsGather and document requirements including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteriaTranslate business needs into actionable technical requirementsAdvise on best practices, feasibility, risks, and cost considerations Product Execution & DeliveryOwn initiatives from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment to timelines and prioritiesAct as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and key decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, architecture, and operations teamsDrive communication across stakeholders and leadership Genesys Cloud CX ExpertiseProvide functional expertise across Genesys Cloud CX including:Call flowsBot flows / IVARouting strategies Workforce engagementSpeech analyticsPartner with technical teams to optimize customer experience and operational performance Agile & Work ManagementParticipate in Agile ceremonies and manage epics, features, and user storiesUtilize Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for tracking and transparencyEnsure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and align with product vision Strategic EnablementAct as a strategic advisor to business partners on technology and process improvementsMentor junior Business Analysts and promote best practicesDevelop expertise in Treasury and Commercial Banking contact center processes Qualifications Required5+ years of experience in product execution, business analysis, or similar rolesExperience gathering and managing both business and technical requirementsHands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (call flows, bot flows, etc.)Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog managementExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar toolsExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills PreferredBanking industry experience (Treasury or Commercial preferred)Knowledge of contact center operations and performance metricsExperience with customer journey mapping and CX optimization
