Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budgetSet and maintain firm construction schedulesDevelop detailed project plans that identify timelines, resources and budgetary needsNegotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure best terms and pricingPrepare and submit regular progress reports to project team and senior leadershipLead and mentor Project TeamConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specificationsOversee field work/subcontractor accountabilityLead kickoff, milestones and closeouts are completed for projectsHost project meetings at least once a week with project team(s)Provide feedback, advice, project updates and mentorship to project managersManage deadlines and push the team to ensure timelinessCoordinate with vendors and suppliers as neededMonitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project deliveryEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsCollaboration with various departments to ensure seamless project executionTroubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycleData collection for client satisfaction methods/tracking Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, related field and/or equivalent experienceP.E.

Preferred8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial construction projects/mechanical servicesAbility to provide work-class customer service in a fast paced, high-performance cultureProficiency in project management software and MS OfficeStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to read/interpret blueprintsSolution-orientedExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented, quality and accuracy driven mindsetWillingness to travel to job sites as neededClean drivers license
