Summer Internship Program – Recruiting Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student for our Recruiting Summer Internship Program.
This program provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, offering interns the opportunity to support sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement efforts.
Interns will gain real-world exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strong communication and professional writing skills, and contribute meaningfully to hiring initiatives.
This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) On-Site position that is for Surge Staffing HQ located in Columbus, Ohio.
