Litigation Associate

Balch & Bingham is seeking a junior associate to join our team in Jackson, MS.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience.

Candidates must possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills and strong academic credentials.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including case assessment, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice, while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Candidates must be licensed in Mississippi.
