As an Assembler, you play a key role in ensuring our products meet strict performance and reliability standards.

You'll work closely with production leads and experienced technicians, contributing directly to the quality of units that support our customers and long-term business success.What You'll Do\nAssemble electronic and electro-mechanical units using drawings, work instructions, schematics, and verbal guidance.\nPrepare and install components-including resistors, transformers, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits-onto printed circuit assemblies.\nPerform soldering and de-soldering of through-hole components and surface mount components using soldering irons and hot-air tools.\nUse hand tools, simple power tools, and basic test equipment such as multimeters to complete and verify assemblies.\nPosition, secure, and connect parts using crimping, fastening, bonding, or other joining methods.\nConduct visual inspections, go/no-go tests, and basic troubleshooting to ensure assemblies meet production standards.\nRework or repair units rejected during inspection or testing.\nFollow established safety guidelines, especially for handling chemicals and soldering materials.\nMaintain accurate production logs, records, and reports.\n\nWhat You Need\nAbility to read and interpret production drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of material\nSkill in soldering through-hole and surface mount components\nManual dexterity and comfort working with small parts and hand tools\nBasic troubleshooting and inspection abilities - preferred\n\nExperience working under a microscope for soldering or inspection - preferred\n\nHigh school diploma\nVocational or technical training in electronics or manufacturing - preferred\n\nUp to 2 years of electronic assembly experience - preferred\n\n\nWhat We OfferA collaborative environment where you can build technical skills, grow in hands-on electronics manufacturing, and work with teammates who value quality, precision, and continuous improvement.What Happens NextAfter applying, qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps in the selection process.
