Job Description Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required.

An experienced Pharmacy Technician is needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a specialty retail pharmacy setting.

This role focuses on supporting complex patients who manage 8-15 medications daily.

Strong communication skills, patience, and extensive knowledge of common retail medications are essential for success.

Location: Dublin, OHJob Type: Temp-to-HireShift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends)Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possibility for permanent placement Responsibilities:Accurately assist in dispensing medications to patients with complex and chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and multiple sclerosis.

Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients who may have low literacy levels and limited healthcare knowledge.

Utilize pharmacy software (Pioneer Rx preferred, training available) to manage prescriptions and patient records.

Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Provide support and education tailored to Medicare/Medicaid and low-income patient populations.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:Previous experience as a retail or specialty pharmacy technician strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work patiently and compassionately with patients managing chronic illnesses.

Strong knowledge of the top 200-400 retail medications.

Experience working with low literacy and vulnerable patient populations is a plus.
